Green Peace Martinis

Happy New Year!!! Here is a recipe for some fun martinis since we’re all in the green/environmentally friendly mood. Have a great 2009!

Green Peace Martinis

1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Pisang Ambon (emerald green dutch liquor)
2 tsp apricot brandy
Top off with pineapple juice
Garnish with a cherry or lime

P.S. Serve these on recycled cocktail napkins!
